Payment:
- Via bank transfer + signing lease, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after the payment is completed.
- For stays of 2 months or more : the lease has to be signed and a Security Deposit of € 1000 has to be paid by bank transfer. The rent is to be paid before the first day of each month.
Cancellation:
- Free cancellation if less than 30 days before arrival
- 50% cancellation cost between 30 and 14 days before arrival
- 100% cancellation cost if less than 14 days before arrival
