1 month	€1500/month
from 2 months	€1460/month
from 3 months	€1440/month

Parking long stay	€ 90/month

• electricity, gas (heating) and water to a maximum extent of
  € 200 a month

Payment:

• Via bank transfer + signing lease, you will receive a confirmation e-mail after the payment is completed.
• For stays of 2 months or more : the lease has to be signed and a Security Deposit of € 1000 has to be paid by bank transfer. The rent is to be paid before the first day of each month.

Cancellation:

• Free cancellation if more than 30 days before arrival
